3D Prints
Models are printed using a wide range of colours and filament types. The price of your print depends on 3 factors:
Model Size
Smaller models print faster and use fewer materials, as do models printed in just one colour. The smaller and fewer colours, the cheaper it will be for you.
We can print in up to 4 colours per model and can also make very large prints, which will require assembly when printed.
Filament Type
We can print in PLA, PLA+, ABS, PETG, and TPU. Currently, we just provide PLA and PLA+.
PLA, PLA+, PETG, and ABS are fairly well priced, whilst TPU is considerably more expensive due to its flexible properties.
Aside from type, some filament colours also cost more.
Model Quality
If the model has a lot of undercuts that require supports to be printed, this will add additional charges to the final price to cover materials.
If the model is non-manifold, it won’t print well, if at all. We can retopologize the model to make it manifold, which again incurs an additional fee.
